SHIPPING

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on ALL orders within the U.S.

We will make our best effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Some orders may take up to 3 business days to ship (starting with the first business day after the order was placed).

UPS Ground takes 5 to 8 business days to deliver an order unless express shipping is requested for faster delivery.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All prices are in USD. Sales tax, expedited shipping charges and international import duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via UPS and the customer is responsible for freight and any import duties and customs accrued. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Your order may accrue import taxes and fees which are dependent on your shipping address. We have no control over this nor do we know the various freight charges. If this is of concern to you, please research this prior to placing your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are not responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colors of products are represented as accurately as possible, though a slight variation may occur in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail, using the details provided. We will refund the full amount paid using the original form of payment. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted on any full price item, within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit, exchange or refund. All returns must be approved by FATHER’S DAUGHTER LA. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging if it was included. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. All sales are final after 14 days with no price adjustments. All sales are final on sale merchandise, special orders, custom orders and gift certificates.

For all international orders, returns and exchanges may only be authorized if the customer pays for all shipping and duties in both directions.

Any marked down or sale item purchased is considered to be a final sale meaning we will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges on sale items.

To make a return for store credit, exchange or refund, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at hello@fathersdaughterla.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll then reply back with your RMA #, which you’ll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, fathersdaughterla.com will contact you by email to confirm your refund, exchange or store credit. Please reference your RMA # when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.
